1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days 

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your request is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and return address.

  3. Shipping Your Return:

    • For defective or wrong items, return shipping is free.

    • For all other reasons (size, preference, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Inspection & Approval

After we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it within 2 business days.
We’ll notify you that your return is approved or rejected.

  • Approved returns will be refunded, replaced, or credited as per your choice.

  • Rejected returns (due to damage or non-eligibility) will be shipped back to you.

4. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer one-time exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (if available)or you can order some other product. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or full refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Include photos or videos showing the defect.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately after verification.
